Your Mama Mail envelope will arrive the old-fashioned way, right to your mailbox.

U.S. shipping is completely free. Shipping will generally take 1–5 business days, with 3 days being common. Local mail may arrive faster, while non-local mail can take the full 5 days.

International orders may incur a small 92 cent postage fee at checkout. Shipping often takes 7–21 business days, though it can take longer depending on the destination.

All snail mail memberships will ship out on the 1st of every month. If you purchased another item, it may get fulfilled within 2 days and ship out as soon as possible. Expect for mail to arrive within 1 week. Ultimately, it depends on your package weight and location.

returns

Due to the personalized and curated nature of our monthly letter memberships, all mailed envelopes are final sale and non-returnable.

If your envelope arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email a photo within 7 days and let's make things right.

If it's been *crickets* since you last placed an order (like 10 business days), please reach out and let's look into it together.

memberships and refunds

You can cancel your membership anytime before the 22nd of the month to avoid the next charge. Once your envelope is on its way, it cannot be refunded. After mail is delivered to the address on your account, refunds cannot be issued.

terms for "OG Mama" pricing

When joining as an “OG Mama” (the first 22 members to join), the following terms apply:

OG Mamas are guaranteed a locked membership rate of $7.99 USD for as long as the membership remains active and in good standing.
If the membership is canceled for any reason, the locked founding member rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Failed or declined payments are eligible for a 30-day grace period to update payment information and maintain the OG Mama rate.
If payment is not successfully resolved within the 30-day grace period, the membership may be canceled and the founding member pricing will no longer apply.
OG Mama memberships and pricing are non-transferable and limited exclusively to the original founding member account.

address changes and lost mail

Please double check that your mailing address is up to date. If mail is returned because of an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost to resend it. If your letter has not arrived within 10 business days, reach out and let's resolve it quickly.
