Refund policy
Thank you for supporting My Mama Mail. Every piece of mail is thoughtfully created, packed with care. Because many items are made in small batches or curated specifically for each month’s members, policies may differ slightly from a traditional shop.
1. memberships
Mama Mail memberships are curated and produced specifically for each month’s members. Because of this, all monthly membership mail is final sale and non-returnable once shipped. Mail for members always ship on the 1st of every month.
Memberships may be paused or canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for, or receiving the following month’s letter, cancellations must be made before the 22nd of the current month. Once a monthly letter has shipped, it is non-refundable.
2. general shop items
General shop items are fulfilled within 2 business days and ship via USPS without tracking. If a purchase is not quite the right fit, eligible general shop items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once a return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If mail arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
4. undeliverable mail & address changes
Please make sure mailing addresses are up to date before placing an order or before a renewal date arrives. Mama Mail is not responsible for mail sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If mail is returned by USPS as undeliverable, contact will be made to confirm the correct address. Reshipping costs may apply if the address provided was incorrect or outdated. If mail is lost due to an incorrect address, refunds will not be issued.
5. lost mail
Membership letters and general shop items ship via USPS mail generally without tracking. If an order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please reach out for assistance. Lost mail requests are reviewed case-by-case, and replacements may be sent at Mama Mail’s discretion.
